Hi Emily! I'm happy to help you out :). I couldn't find your account under your email address so I want to make sure that I'm looking at the right one. Are you supporting sweet Mugwaneza in Rwanda? 

If you just need to change the date we withdrawal your support, let me know which day you'd prefer and I'll adjust your donations! If this is you're account, it looks like you withdrawal from your checking account on the 15th of each month. We can pull your support on the 5th, 10th, or 20th, also. If you need to change the way you make your donations (a credit/debit card, new checking account, savings, etc.) then please call our office at (800) 336-7676 and one of our representatives will assist you. You can also change your payment information through your My Account on www.compassion.com. Once you're logged in, click 'Payment Options' on the left side of the page and you'll be able to update your information. If you need me to reset your password, I can help with this as well :).

Hi, thanks for getting back to me! :) I don't sponsor any child, so that must be the wrong account. I reset my password but the login is still messed up because it says the email and password don't match, but I've tried both my emails and my new password.. I give a monthly donation of $10, but unfortunately, I can no longer support that because I don't have an income. Is there any way I can cancel my monthly donation?
