This is the second time I have sent my monthly contribution and it hasn't posted to my account. I'm just a little concerned about the additional gifts I had sent for birthdays. Is this something that is happening more often? I've been a sponsor for 13 years and over the past year this has happened twice. Also, my account now says I'm delinquent in payment when I have indeed sent the money. Concerned and would love any suggestions on how to proceed. I've emailed compassion twice but have yet to get a response about this. Thanks.

Hi Syreeta! I am so sorry for the confusion. This is very likely not an issue on your side, and more than likely an issue with our processing of your donations. Due to issues with our new system and also backlog from the closure of 145,000 children from India, we have been quite delayed in processing checks. This is very likely the issue, and I am so sorry that our delays are affecting you. I would be happy to double check on any gifts that you may be concerned about. If you would like us to check on these, please provide us the date on the check, check number, child and amount. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we get everything caught back up!

Syreeta, it looks like your donations are all caught up (and paid ahead in fact) but I do not see that we have talked with you about your account since this post.
