I'm trying to update my payment method to a new card but it doesn't seem to be letting me. Can you help?

Laura, I am so sorry that you are having trouble updating your payment method :(. It wouldn't be the card ending in 8615, would it? If so, we can make that an active card for us to use for your monthly support if you'd like. Otherwise, can you give me more information about any errors you are seeing when you try to process the updated card information?
