Arthur, as another sponsor I can understand how hard it is to lose contact with your sponsor child. I do hope you can understand why Compassion can not give out the personal info of those in their program. To violate the children's privacy, along with the family's privacy could put them at risk. It could also put you, the sponsor, at risk.
I am thankful for the way Compassion puts safeguards in place for both child and sponsor.

I am sorry you feel frustrated on how a compassion rep treated you but he might have gotten in some serious trouble if he gave out that info not to mention they would have to safe Guard the child and maybe move them somewhere else I to was a sponsor of a child of India and I am hurt by it also
