I tried to donate a birthday gift to our child and also a $30 donation to whatever fund needed help. I did it 3 times and was not sure that it took it. just read my emails and noticed 3 confirmations. Would you be so kind as to credit 2 of the 3, $50 payments? Thanks.

Hey Jeff! I've taken care of this for you. The refund should process in a few business days.

How come it says the payment DID NOT go through on my Compassion account but it says the one-time (monthly) payment DID go through on my e-mail? My sponsored child's name is Jader Luis Diaz Castro from Colombia. I really want to support him but don't want to have to pay twice. If I have to pay again, I'm not sure I'll be able to support him because I can't keep getting confused like this.

If it has been than 2 business days I would call Compassion and ask them. It takes a couple of days for the payment to clear and the account to update.

Hey Rob! I see that your contribution did go through. It takes 24-48 hours for your contribution to process and will not show up on your online account until it does. Sorry for the confusion!
