Incorrect Child

Hello,when I log into my account there is a different child then who I originally signed up for. What is the best way to correct this?

Hello Andrea, Welcome to the Compassion family! We are honored that you have chosen to sponsor a child with Compassion. I apologize for the confusion regarding Yurem. When we received your sponsorship request back for Yurem, he was no longer available for sponsorship. For this reason, we set up a similar child to the one you selected. If you would not like to sponsor Yurem, please let me know and I can cancel him from your account.

Oh I am sorry I think I was confused. We will sponsor Cristian if you can cancel Yurem since he is sponsored already .Would that be okay?
