india funds transfer

I was wondering if you could give me an update on when my India funds will be applied to Nattakit?  I just had some new medical expenses added today, and I really need this to happen soon.

Thanks for asking this question. We too have requested funds to be transferred from the child that we supported in India to the Leadership development student we support in Thailand. I would also like to know where those funds stand.

Good morning Jamie and Richard.

First of all, I do want to apologize that has even taken this long for your funds to be transferred. Regrettably, with having roughly 145,000 children exit the program, only from India, which is roughly the same number of children that exit Compassion in a whole year, we are very behind on making these transfers.

Jamie, I see that we are still waiting to make this transfer on your account. And furthermore, we do not have an estimated time frame of when these may be complete. However, if you would like, you are welcome to stop making contributions until your funds are transferred. This means that your account may drop behind just a little bit, but when the funds are transferred, we would be happy to apply them to those previous months. Please let me know if we can help you with that! 

Richard, I do see that we were able to make your transfer on the first of this month. Yay!

It would be a great help to me if we could stop my automatic payments to Nattakit, and then catch back up when the funds are transferred over.  Thank you!

I was just on my account today for the first time in a little while, and noticed that my india funds still have not been transfered to Nattakit.  Is there a problem, or are you still working through these?

Hi Jamie! I am so sorry that we haven't yet been able to transfer the funds to Nattakit. We are still working through these requests right now and I do see that yours is still waiting to be worked on.

Hello! I, too, would like to have my funds transferred to my little girl in Mexico that had been saved up for my little guy in India. I requested this when sponsorship in India first ended; however, nothing has been transferred to my knowledge. I am a college student, and my funds are incredibly tight, so this would be very helpful.

Mariah, it looks like we processed this transfer back in April. It was $76 that we took out of the fund for your Indian child and put towards your child in Mexico. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns or if you need some financial assistance for a time.
