I'd like to know if my child is receiving any of the things we send. We get letters from her but they are never in response to anything we have sent. No mention of gifts, letters, or answers to any of the questions we ask her. My children and I would like to know what is happening. Thank you.

Anya, I am a sponsor also, the wonderful Compassion employees who monitor this forum will officially answer your inquiry tomorrow. First off, thank you for blessings your child with letters and gifts. My family and I sponsor and/or correspond with 40+ children and I can say without a doubt your child receives everything you send them. Some of my kiddos are really good at answering questions and thanking us for goodies (when I send them on occasions), while others seem to forget :). One of my kiddos even wrote my kids notes and sent my 6 year old a birthday letter and drawing; while others can't remember how many kids I have. The new letter system now pulls questions out so that they are more noticeable to the children and staff. I want to encourage you to continue to write your child; writing makes a big difference in their lives and ours! God bless!
