iPad app doesn't work

The iPad app was great before. The app offers some info that isn't shown on the website (about the children). After the most recent update, it only crashes while trying to open. I can't use it at all. Is this going to be fixed soon? Thanks.

Hi E! I am sorry you're having issues with the app on your iPad. We have received some other reports today of this same issue and we are working on troubleshooting it and hope to correct this issue as soon as possible. Thank you so much for letting us know and for your patience as we work through this issue!

That's weird @newsponsor... I got it because the iPad version isn't working, and I have no problem at all with the Android one. I just really dislike the layout and my screen on my phone is much smaller, so it's a lot easier if the Apple one is working for me.

I also have been having problems with the Android version the past few days.  It was fine until I decided to log out (which I usually don't do), and now I can't log back in...It gives me an SSL error.  Never had problems with it up until now.

Exactly the same problem. SSL error. I have read on other forums people were complaining on the same. Compassion needs to look into this issue.

We definitely want you all to have a good experience with the app! Because it's fairly new, we're doing updates and fixing issues frequently to make it a better app. Thank you for feedback because it definitely helps us know what is still continuing to be the biggest errors and for your patience as we continue to work these out :).

Hi all Android users! Please make sure you're using our most recently updated version and then try logging out and logging back in again. Myself, and our web team that uses Android phones, are not experiencing errors when we use the app. You can also try these troubleshooting options that I posted a few weeks ago if you continue to experience errors.

Thanks, Tammy! What model phone are you using? This is an issue that we are seeing a few android users still experiencing and are working to figure out what is causing it.

Tammy, your issue might be happening because your operating system isn't updated to Android 5.1. Can you update the OS and then try logging in again for me? Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the app while you do that as well.

Sarah, unfortunately my Republic Wireless phone won't support that version OS yet. :( ( I think they are working on getting that update out on their 1st generation moto e's, but not sure when that will be). I was able to access the app with no problems until I logged out last week. I will continue to periodically keep trying. Maybe it will work again for me soon. Thank you for your help! :)
