iPhone 6 problem with the app

I have an iPhone 6 and can't get the mobile app to work. Whenever I click on anything it kicks me out. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing. Help?

We (Jalaine is my daughter) are still having problems with the app on her iphone 6. Any other iphone users having problems? She's uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

I have an iphone 6+ and I've been having issues with the app. It crashes each time I click on my sponsored child's photo.

Hi Kristen and Melody-Anne! I'm so sorry that you're both experiencing issues with the mobile app. Our web team is aware of issues sponsors are having with the app crashing and we believe we have found a fix. We will be releasing the fix for this issue in our next update that will come out in about a week. I'm sorry for the wait and for the inconvenience but thank you so much for your patience!

I have an iPhone 4 and an iPad and installed the app on both. At first it worked on the iPad, then it stopped working. On both the iPhone and the iPad when I click on the icon a Compassion photo appears, but no place to click or swipe to go to my children's pages. After a few seconds the Compassion image disappears and the app closes itself. I tried emptying the cache as suggested, but that didn't help. Apparently the app does not work on my devices, perhaps they are too old, even though they are updated with the most current software and updates.

Sandy, the iPad compatible version was released in June and so it should be working with your device. I'm sorry that it's not for your phone or your iPad :(. I'm hoping that the release I mentioned above to Kristen and Melody-Anne, that's coming out soon, will fix the issue you're having. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work out more bugs and make this app wonderful for you! :)

Hi everyone! I have an update for you :). The fix was released in our new update yesterday! The new iPhone mobile app version is 2.2.0. Please re install the app, clear your cache, and restart your phone and log back into the app. If you're still having issues and let us know if you see improvements or continue to experience problems. Thank you all for your patience as we worked on this new release!
