Hi My IPhone Compassion Ap never allows me to sign in to my account. I always get an error message that says 'Sorry we are experiencing some temporary problems with our web browser....' I can sign in if I go to Compassion.com on my IPhone but not directly with the Ap - my registered email address is robinsondavidm@bellsouth.net Thanks for your help and for this wonderful website!

Hello again! As a tip, you might try un-installing and re-installing the app. Please make sure that you are using the 1.5 version of the app. If you have a previous version, it could be causing these issues. If any of you continue to face these issues once you have re-installed the app, please let me know.

Hi David! I'm just wanting to check in with you. Are you still having this issue or have you been able to get logged in? Also, did you upgrade last week to the iOS8? There are some known issues that we are working with Apple on in regards to our app and iOS8. What browser are you using? Thanks again for your patience!

I have this issue, too, and have forgotten to bring it up. I have upgraded to iOS8.

Hi Susan- Thanks so much for continuing to follow up. No, the ap still gives me the error message. I have not been able to upgrade iOS8 because I have an iPhone 4s and I don't have enough space to download. I can still get into the site by using the error message link but I know y'all don't want people to have to go around the system to use it. Thanks again!

David and Lindsay, I am so sorry that it is still not working correctly for you. Our team is continuing to work with Apple to find a resolution to this issue and we will be sure to post on here once it is solved. In the meantime, we do know that Chrome/iOS8 works as does the desktop version. Regrettably, if you do not have the ability to upgrade, this would not work for you, David. I am glad you are able to get into the site using the work around link provided in the error message but this is certainly not a permanent fix and we are hoping to have the app working correctly, soon!

Hello everyone! I have wonderful news and wanted to follow-up on this situation to inform you that the known issues have been worked out and resolved with Apple.  As of now, the application should be functioning properly and allow you to write your children from your iPhone (insert squeals of excitement)! You will however, need to upgrade to iOS8 in order to see this fix. David, you had mentioned that due to the available space on your phone, you are unable to upgrade to iOS 8.0.2. According to Apple, this upgrade is also now available for iPhone 4S and newer models. You can read about this fix, here. I certainly hope that this information is useful and pray that it now works smoothly for you all! Thanks so much Emily !! Also thanks for letting me know I could now update my iPhone. The Ap worked like a charm!
