Hi Lisa-Marie! I am sending you Ornella and Mohammed's photos. Regrettably, we do not typically keep family photos. They are sometimes sent with thank you letters for gifts over $60.

Susan, that letter is in the problem status because it needs to be manually reviewed before it is placed on your account. Sometimes the reason is as simple as the image of the letter is corrupted and needs to be fixed.
It looks like I forgot to request the recently updated photo for Anna (TZ011100124). Can you send that to me when you have a chance. Thank you!!

There is very likely nothing wrong with your bank account, but rather an issue with our system. Please know that I have placed this child on hold for you so that there is no way that this child can be picked up by another sponsor in the meantime. Thank you so much for your patience and we figure out what cause this error and get Bilen added to your account! :)

Hi Rachel! This is the younger sibling of Santos, right :) So glad you get to sponsor this cutie after not being able to sponsor the older sister like we were trying to make happen!
