Hi Hannah! Thank you so much for the difference you made in your kiddo's life, and I'm so sorry you were no longer able to sponsor your child due to them leaving the program. I understand your desire to continue receiving updates. Regrettably, we are not able to maintain contact or facilitate continued communication once a child has left the program, so we cannot provide continued updates. However, if you would like to consider continued correspondence with your child, this may be an option. We do normally discourage continued correspondence as Compassion can no longer facilitate your letters, and the communication would be outside Compassion's oversight. Therefore, we cannot monitor content and cannot provide translation. In addition, most children in developing countries do not have the resources to send letters through the postal system. We ask that you prayerfully consider whether this would be a suitable option for you. If you feel this is something you would like more information about, please email us at socialmedia@compassion.com. Have a blessed day!
