It looks like one of the kids I sponsor has another sponsor, which is great. Why can I see their letters in the mobile app? Is it in error?

It looks like one of the kids I sponsor has another sponsor, which is great. I am just curious to why I am able to see their letters. I would thank that would be considered private in case they reveal their contact info, etc. is it in error?

Lakiya, I apologize for the confusion and for any errors you are experiencing. It looks like you are sponsoring Jadel in the Dominican Republic and Milourie in Haiti. You are listed as both the financial sponsor and the letter writer and there are several letters listed in your account that should be showing on the app. So that I can troubleshoot this issue, please answer the following questions:

What is your Phone Make and Model? (ex: iPhone 6S, Samsung Galaxy S6, etc.)

What is your Operating System? (OS version being used): 

Have you tried clearing your cache? 

Also, I just wanted to verify something. This account is under Leroy Lakiya Arrington. Should it be Leroy and Lakiya Arrington?

iPhone 5, OS. Does this mean that Milourie has another sponsor? Is it usual for there to be 2 sponsors?

Hello Lakiya, Sorry for any confusion and to hear that you are experiencing any issues with our app. You are Milourie's only sponsor. She has never been sponsored previously either. Compassion does one on one sponsorship, so none of our children have more than one sponsor. I can only see one letter that was sent from her in our system, this is her introductory letter. This letter was entered in to the system on, May 30, 2018. Are you showing another letter than this one on your mobile app from her? Also, to ensure that we have your correct information on your account, please verify if your name should be listed as Leroy and Lakiya Arrington. Currently it is listed as Leroy Lakiya Arrington. I appreciate that you have provided your phone's make and model. For trouble shooting purposes, please also tell us the OS version that you are currently using and let us know if you have cleared your cache. I also recommend, logging out of the mobile app and uninstalling and then reinstalling it. Sometimes, this helps to reset the information and clear up any glitches. If you could include a screen shot of the letter, that would be helpful as well. If you don't feel comfortable doing this publicly, you may email us at socialmedia@compassion.com.
