I have noticed that the coloring pages and other such items I send with my letters for my child are not being scanned into the system. Are those still getting delivered her or no?.....do stickers get sent to her still?.....also is there a way that we are able to send other items than stickers/bookmarks?.......

Hi Autumn,
We are very thankful that you desire to send your child gifts and letters. We encourage you to send letters and cards as often as possible. Please know that the only physical items that are able to be sent are musical cards, bookmarks and stickers. All of these items must be 100% paper, except the stickers which may include plastic. Anytime you send something to your child, please make sure to keep it to six pages or less. All letters, coloring pages or pictures will be scanned into an electronic document, unless otherwise noted above, and then printed in the child's country office to be delivered. Please note that additional items will not be scanned, unless they have words and need to be translated, this is why you are not seeing these extra items on the online account. The one exception to this rule is coloring pages, as these do need to be scanned. I did look through multiple letters on your account and it looks like there are many notes, colorings and other items. If you see any specific letters that seem to be missing something, please let us know which letters these are so that we can look more into this for you! :)
