I’ve been trying for a month, with 4 phone calls to link our church sponsored child to my account. I would like to write to him. I’ve been told he is linked on your end, not on my end. Very frustrated!

Karen, I am so sorry for the frustration that we have caused and that you have had to call back so many times. This should not be the case. Thankfully, I have seen issues with correspondents that are similar to yours because I deal with correspondent commitments on a regular basis. This is a relatively quick and easy fix once we know about it and it is sent to the right place! I am working on getting this done for you and it should be taken care of in the next 24 hours. Again, I am very sorry you have had to wait so long, but I look forward to having this corrected for you very soon.
