Last letter not registered?

Last letter I sent via email is all the way down at the bottom and did not register as being written. My phone app says I haven’t written and doesn’t recognize the letter I sent two weeks ago. I just want to make sure she receives it. It’s her birthday letter. Also it says it’s only 30 days till her birthday and it should be 60 days. Also. The only picture I received from her doesn’t appear to be the same girl on portfolio. Can someone please follow up on this? Everything is going smoothly until this last glitch. Thanks u so much. Make sure she receives the letter and it’s not lost. It’s there, just out of order on the bottom by the very first correspondance instead of on top.. her name is Gabriela and child ID. C0038600251. Thank you.

Thank you so much for reaching out to us regarding your letters on your app! I understand your concern and I hope my response is helpful to you. Our records show that the birthday letter you wrote on January 6, is still in translation at this time. This letter will not appear on your letter section on the app saying you've written a letter until this letter has been fully translated. The field office staff is working hard on translating this, so it will just take a bit of time for this to show you. You wrote this letter a good amount of time before Gabriela's birthday, so I am sure that this will be given to her in time. Regarding that app saying that it should be 30 days until her birthday, I would encourage you to log out of the app and then to log in. Sometimes refreshing the site does help with this, but I can assure you that her birthday is March 11. Please log out and log back into the app concerning the picture not being the same of Gabriela as you received. Please let us know if this does help, or if you have any further questions!

THANk you for your quick response. The re booting worked except for the picture. I was wondering if I could have an updated picture. If you look through my last letter that Gabriela sent me she included a picture of herself and her friend. Neither one of them look like her photo on the website. Can u follow up on that ? Thank you so very much.

I am so sorry for the confusion on this photo in your letter! I see how this would be totally confusing! This photo that is under, "My favorite friend is..." is actually just a generic photo that is used on all of our stationary. Again, I am so sorry for the confusion! You will get an updated photo of your sweetheart around August, as each child gets their photo updated roughly every two years. :)
