I started sponsoring a child today and the charge has already appeared on my bank account but have not received an email. I entered the wrong zip code for my mailing and wanted to be able to fix this however I can't set up an account, it is stating my email is invalid but my credit card has gone through. Help!

It looks like everything went through but the email address we had down is different than the one you used here. I am emailing you all the information you need to create a web account and correct your contact information. Please let us know if we can help in any other way.
