Hi Miranda and Brianne! I am so sorry that both of you received letters that are either not translated at all or only partially translated. We had an issue last week with the translations not showing on the letters correctly, including having translations attached to wrong letters and partial translations as well. We are working to fix both of these issues as soon as possible and will send out new copies of your letters once the issues are fixed. We will also upload the correct translations to your account at that time. I sincerely apologize for the delay in being able to read these letters!
