Hello, there has been a letter in limbo since January 21, 2017 from my sponsor child Yessenia. Almost two months later, it still hasn't become viewable on my end. Is this something I should be concerned about? Or is the letter system having problems? Thanks for any insight you are able to offer!

I'm having the opposite problem. I wrote a letter on Jan 28, but when I look at my letter conversations, this letter is still "In Progress" and shows an error message. Is my letter encountering problems going through the system? Thanks!

I also have a letter from my boy, Alan (BR054500196) that has been in limbo since January 24. Could you please check to see if you are able to view that letter on your end? If so, could you email it to me? Thank you!

Mairi, I sincerely apologize for the delay in this letter. It looks like Alan's letter is going through the quality assurance process at the country office in Brazil. We are not able to push this letter through because we need to make sure we are catching and correcting all the errors in the new system. We are also not able to view or download this letter on my end. I trust the letter will come through real soon.

Could you please also check on some letters I sent? The letter I sent to Ekbadin (TH037909087) on 7/11/2016 still hasn't gone through. And the letters to Ratana (TH097600145) and Lovely (PH074200213) on Jan 22, 2017, and the one I sent to Jose (BO038300524) on Jan 10, 2017 are still not through.
