I can’t click on my sponsor child’s last letter (dated 11/8). There’s an X on the letter as if there was an error when Compassion uploaded it. How can I get access to view it? Thank you

It just means that you have one in translation! It will be accessible when it is done being processed!

Hi Sara,
As Bre said, anytime you see an X on a letter it typically means that letter is still in translation. However, if you would like me to just double check for you, please respond with your sponsor number and I would be happy to take a look and confirm! :)

Hi Ginger! Sometimes, the translation process can take as long as 3 months, but it shouldn't take any longer than that. The timing depends on how many letters our National Office has to translate!
