letter history does not show letters. Did they go through?

I have sent 3 letters in the past month, but my letter history online says that I have not sent any. Are they not going through? I've sent them through the app and gotten confirmation emails. I just want to know if he is receiving them!

This is the case for me as well. It says 94 days since last letter. I’m confused.

Hi Anna and Katie! I'm so sorry you are not currently able to see your most recent letters on your My Account. Please rest assured that I can see all your letters to your kiddos, Derrick and Angelina. The issue may be with the system communicating correctly with your online My Account. To help us resolve this issue for you, please complete the following troubleshooting steps below: 

1. Close web browser or application and try again
2. Log out of My Account and log back in
3. If you are using a computer, try another browser (We recommend Google Chrome)
4. If you are using the application
    a. Update app in Google Play Store or App Store
    b. Uninstall, power cycle, and re-Install application
5. Clear history, cache, and cookies
6. Try another machine
    a. If using the application, please test on computer
    b. If using computer, please test on application (if possible)
