Letter not sending

Hi, I'm trying to send a letter online (I've tried both the website and the mobile app), and it keeps saying "unable to send" when I try to submit it. Also, it seems that the entire letter history has also been deleted. What could be the problem?

It seems that part of the website is down.  Many people in the facebook group are saying the same thing.  You best bet would be to wait until Monday, or at least tomorrow.

Hi Rebecca! I'm sorry you're having trouble sending a letter and seeing your letter history :(. We definitely want to resolve that for you if it's still not working!

I saw some feedback from sponsors this morning saying that they're now able to send letters successfully, phew! Can you try again and let us know if you are still having issues? Make sure you clear your cache and log out and then back in so that you're getting a fresh screen.
