I recently received a letter from Asrat, our sponsored child in Ethiopia in snail mail but there was no translation with it. I also check in the app. All the app has is a ? And shows a letter was sent but I cannot access it. I was thinking the translated letter might be online. Do you need me to upload a copy of the letter I received? In 18 years of letter writing this was the first time this has happened. That said, I think you all are doing a fantastic job! One thought, you might develop an app that allows sponsors to take a picture of their untranslated letters and upload them with a country link that could be sent to the countries regional office for a priority translation turn around. This functionality could be built into the letter writing app.

Hello Richard. I am sorry that you received the letter from Asrat without the complete translation. There was a system error and letters were generated and sent out to supporter's before they were ready. So, in this case, this is not something we would want to forward to the country. We are aware of this issue and are working to get the letters completed and then sent out. The reason that you are unable to access this on the app, is because it is not ready quite yet. I appreciate your understanding and patience while we work to resolve this issue. Your letter should be completed shortly and we will send a new copy out once it is available. I truly appreciate your support and positive comments. :-)
