letter "permanently" in transit

To Compassion staff:

Hi- Under the write my child part of my account, it shows a letter in transit for Angel Fredy with the translation having been completed 7-14-2016. I trust that this letter has reached Angel Fredy. Can the 'letter in transit' message be cleared?

Christina, I checked my account, and I see that this has been corrected. Thanks for fixing this.

I had contacted Compassion privately through the web site on Feb. 28, 2017. On March 2, I received a response, but the status of the letter was not fixed in my account.

I would think Compassion would be aware of this, but private contacts through an account often do not yield the desired result. On the contrary, staff that manages this forum tend to get the job done!
