I read on the blog that I should be able to track my letters progress and where it is in translation. Where can I do this?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hi BLM,
You can absolutely do this! I see you recently been on your online account at compassion.com or on the app. Once you log in you can go to the write my child section and from there, you can go to "my letters" and then click on "conversations". From here you will see all your letters to and from your kiddo and can see in what stage of the process they are in! :) I hope this helps!

I followed your instructions and cannot see if the letter is in translation or in process or anything. Is there another way? Thank you!

Hi BLM!
When you click on "My Letters", per Shannon's comment, you should be able to see a list of your letters looking either like this:

Or like this:

If it's greyed out, that means it's in the translation process. If it's blue, that means it's been delivered. Do your letters look like this at all?

Thank you for the response! I’ve never seen grey, the initial letter that I have received from her is dark blue and the letter that I sent her on 2/8 is light blue.

That's great. Your letters go through the process so fast you never see the gray line. They just appear, ready to be read. Some of my kids' letters do that too.

BLM, that really IS cool! The ways I mentioned above are the only ways you can track your letters - grey means in translation; otherwise, they are complete and ready to view. :)

I know this topic is a couple months old, but my new kiddo’s new letter seemed to go through very quickly then! I speak his language well so I wrote to him in it, because I saw on the compassion website that we can do that! Someone else said it might actually hinder the process because online translators are used to picking up English. But if it’s blue, should it mean that it has gotten through that even if it was sent only two days ago?

Hi Kristin! Yes, if a letter is showing as blue, then that means it's completed the translation process. :)

Hi I have a question... you said Gray means translation and blue means delivered. Then if it’s blue does it mean the child has received the letter?

It means the letter has been delivered to the country office (I think). Next step is that it is printed off and then picked up on the next visit from the center. Then delivered to the child.
