Letter scanned into wrong child's account

I sponsor 4 girls. When I looked at the letters in the app, a letter and coloring page for Tanyalak (TH082209052) was accidentally scanned into the account for Sarita (TH028500593). I just want to make sure the right person gets the right letter. I do typically send my letter and coloring pages for 2 girls in 1 envelope to save on postage. Is this a problem?

Hi Shayla! I'm so sorry for this error on our end. :( Sadly, once a letter is scanned into the system, there's no way we can stop it, which means Sarita may accidentally get the letter intended for Tanyalak, unless it's stopped at the Thailand National Office. I am so sorry for this inconvenience, but you'll likely need to resend a letter for Tanyalak. There is a lower likelihood for error if each child's letter is in a different envelope. Again, I sincerely apologize for this.
