Letter Status/Tracking Doesnt Update

Hello, I am sponsoring to kids in different countries, I sent them both letters on 2/26/2017 and for some reason the status of those letters have never been updated on the compassion website and my mobile app. I am curious as to wether they have recieved my letters, stuck or in transit. It has been roughly over a month and a half and the tracking status for the letters continue to say "Your letter is submitted and is about to be processed through the local field office." I have received only one letter so far from one child but have no idea whether they have recieved mine as I am unable to check the status.

Hi Jessie! I am so sorry these letters have been stuck in our system so long. I just sent them to our tech team so that they can be pushed through. Thank you so much for letting us know about this issue!

Thanks so much for the fast reply. I had a strange feeling that was the case. Were all 3 letters pushed through?, and when can I expect the letters to be finally delivered to the kids?

Hi Jessie! Yes, I see that Susan sent all three letters through to our technical team to be pushed through. However, we do not have a timeline on when these will go through. I do apologize for that. Please know our technical team is working very hard to get all of the letters in this status fixed as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience as we get this issue resolved!

I have a letter to Laura Flores that I sent 2/25. It says received. Can you see where in the system the letter is now?
