letter still in transit

hello. I saw a letter from my sponsored child in My Account but until now I can't view the letter. it says that the translation was completed 6/22/17 and it's still in transit. How long should I wait before I get to see the letter in my Account? thank you

Hi Grace! I noticed that you have your letter preferences set to receiving the physical letter in the mail as well as the email copy. Regrettably, the system was designed in a way that hasn't allowed the letters to be viewable on the sponsor's account until our office in the USA receives the original letter. It could still take some time before it is viewable on your account, but I can send a copy of it to you by email if you'd like to read it now :).

I am having a similar issue. I received my hard copy with no translation, but online there still isn't a translation.

Hi Wendy! I'm so sorry that you have not been able to read your new letter from sweet Joseph :(. Regrettably, your letter was not visible yet on your My Account due to a known issue that our IT Team is working very hard to resolve. However, the good news is that I was able to fix this letter for you, and Joseph's letter should be available online within 24 hours! Please let us know if you are not able to view his letter.
