Hello:

I have a letter showing in my account from my correspondent child (Douglas David Cruz Bonilla, NI025300257) that has been stuck in the "In Process" Step since 1-30-2017.  I also have a new letter "In Process" dated 3/25/2017.   I want to write to Douglas, but I want to at least read the first letter before I write, so I can respond to him.  Can you assist me with getting at least the first letter dated 1-30-2017 processed so I can read it?  It would be great to see the second one as well.  Thank you.

Megan, I sincerely apologize for the delay in letters. I can see that there are two letters going through quality assurance at the country office in Nicaragua from Douglas. Regrettably, letters selected for quality assurance cannot be pushed along and I cannot view them. I trust that this letter will arrive real soon. Thank you for your patience!

Hi Susan:  Thank you for your response.  I waited 3 weeks, but both letters are still in the same step.  The first letter (1-31-2017) has been in-process or quality assurance for almost three months.  Is there any way you can reach out to the country office in Nicaragua to see why there has been such a long delay?  Or perhaps there is some sort of technical issue. Thanks.

Hi Megan! Both letters are still in quality assurance and therefore will not be available online until they go through this process but I was able to download them so I am sending them to you via email. Again, I am so sorry for the delay.

I have a letter from my correspondent girl in Nicaragua, Geraldine, that has been in quality assurance since 1/25/17. Could a copy of it possibly be sent to me--it is her first letter to me and I'm wondering if I'm missing some information about her. Thanks.

I have one letter to Ana Luiza BR058000098, one letter to Jamilly BR051800240, and two letters to Gladness TZ034500002 that have been stuck for over or right at a month. Can you push these through please?
