I think one of my child's letters to me is stuck? Or just has an error on the website?

Hi Shannon. Yes I am aware it was a letter from me to Josias. Which is why I am trying to confirm if it was sent to Josias, and if Josias received it. I'm not worried that I can't view my own letter, I'm worried it wasn't sent.

Woops, sorry about that Andrea! This letter is one that he wrote to you, I apologize for writing that backwards! You are still asking about the top letter from January, correct?

Well I guess I'd like to know about both. If you look at the top image one of my letters to Josias said in process, and his letter to me also was. His letter to me has now come through. But I was worried that my letter to him might not have been sent on if there was an error in the system. Was my letter sent to him?

Hi Andrea! Yes, he received the letter from you just fine! :) The only issue was in your incoming letter, so now that you can see it, all is resolved with his account!

Andrea, this letter to Tabu encountered an error in our system. Our technical teams are currently working on this error and getting it through our system so that it can be delivered. I imagine it should go through just fine in the coming weeks. Thank you for your patience.
