I think my letter to my correspondent child Rozina may be stuck. I sent in online on 4/26 and it still says that it is in transit  and "Your letter was submitted and is about to be processed by the local field office."
It didn't seem to take as long with my sponsor child, so just thought I'd check! :) Thanks so much!

Hi Lacey! I'm so sorry that your letter to Rozina hasn't gone through just yet. I have looked into this letter, and there does not seem to be anything wrong with it :). However, if your letter has not gone through after one month, May 26th, please let us know so we can send this to our IT Team :). Thank you for your patience!

Hi, I also have some letters that have been stuck for over a month now.  My letters to Alan Gabriel on May 12, Joshua on May 7, Ximena on March 23, and Mohammed on February 1.  Is it possible to check on these letters and make sure they are going through?  I would appreciate it!  My sponsor number is 06994246.  Thanks!

Hello! I have a July letter to Gladness Michael TZ034500002 and an August letter to Yoshefa IO072800215 that are stuck. Can you please push them through? Thank you!

Chantel, thank you so much for reaching out. I have sent your letter for Gladness to our technical team to push through. The letter for Yoshefa is regrettably going through the translation and quality assurance process and we need to allow it to go through the full process. Our field offices just updated to a new translation software a few months ago so you may see letters taking a little longer than usual for a bit while they adjust to the new system. Letters should begin being translated at faster rates again in the coming months. Thank you for your patience.
