Hi! Thank you so much for being so responsive on this page. I was so happy to receive a thank you letter from my sponsor child about a family gift I had sent. My child is from Bangladesh and I don't speak Bengali, so unfortunately I have no idea what it says. I realize its not the typical letter and this is above and beyond, so I'm not sure if translations are typically provided or not. However, I would love to be able to read anything from my child, so is there any way I can get this translated? Thanks!

(My child's ID is: BD025200105 and the letter in question is listed on page 3 of the letter posted 4/09/2018)

Hi Elizabeth,

I am so sorry to see that likely a whole page of your letter was not translated. Please know this is never done on purpose as we always provide translations unless you choose to receive the physical original copy sent directly from your child. However, in this case it seems that the whole letter was translated except that extra page. I am sending this back to our translation queue for them to look at. It is possible that they did combine page two and three and write it all as one translated paragraph, but I would like to double check for you! Please know we will look into this and make sure you get the full translation as soon as possible!
