Letter won't send

I wrote a letter through my account and twice it said unable to send. Is there something I need to do to get it to send?

I think this is one of the issues compassion is trying to fix.  I've only had it happen once, but when it did, I left the letter saved in draft form and switched to a different browse, and was then able to send my letter.

Hi Tami and Moira! I am so sorry both of your are experiencing this issue right now :(. Like Jamie mentioned, we are working to fix this problem for sponsors as soon as we can. For now, use Jamie's suggestion of saving the draft and switch to a different browser to send the letter.

I also could not send any letters yesterday and did save as a draft and tried it multiple times using two different browsers.

In the past I can often 'arrow back' if I get the red box that says I can't send the letter and then send it again and it often will go, but not always.  But, as I said, yesterday I could not send a letter at all.
