First letters I have written are saying in transit for over a month and letters I have written 2 weeks ago said translated , submitted , progress and are now just there in blue to view. Are the first letters stuck for 4 of my kids? The app makes you never know if things are irking or not. Can you give me explaination on the process and what it means and see if the first letters need help being pushed through

Lori, I am so sorry that the first letter you wrote to David, Michael, Edgar, and Joshua have been stuck in the "Translation Complete" step for one month :(. Regrettably, this is an issue we've been facing throughout the system transition we have just completed. Please rest assured that our IT Team is aware of this issue with some letters taking longer to process than others, and they are working diligently to take care of those "stuck" letters as quickly as possible. I have sent these four letters to our IT Team to ensure they are pushed through our system as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we take care of your letters. We are very grateful for the difference you are making in the lives of your kiddos!

I've had a few stuck like that and now I just wait until they are cleared and wait for a letter from them. Do the sponsor kids know about the problems you have with the system? This is a small problem anyway compared to what they call problems.

Hi William! We greatly appreciate how gracious you have been about your letters that are taking longer than normal to be taken care of. Our field staff is aware of the issues we are facing. Because they are able to communicate these types of issues in a way that the children may comprehend, we trust them to communicate what needs to be shared with them. Please rest assured that your children know you love and care for them. If they ever do go longer than normal in between letters, our wonderful field staff is there to reassure them of your love and devotion to them. Thank you again for your patience :).
