Some glitches with the app
Tech support- The letter templates in the app are split into two columns, but only the left side column populates with the words I type. All of the words go down the left side and the right side is left blank. Also, unable to "save this letter to device" using your app. I took screen shots instead. And finally....I tried to post this through the app and the process errors me out. I am now trying it on the website. Thanks for the app and good luck working out the kinks.

Cindy, our letters are split that way because we leave room for translation on the right side of the letter. What kind of phone do you have? Have you tried re-installing the app and making sure your phone's software is also up to date? You might try that and clearing your cache as well. Let me know if you still experience these issues.
