Hi! I’m excited to have a letter from each of my kids— however it never takes this long to get to me. I gave some extra time for the holidays but wondered if you could check on them. Brendan is at a different center, so maybe it takes longer. Angella’s always get to me within days. You know how you see that X and you’re so ready to see what your kids have to say! Merry Christmas :0)

Hi Christina! I am sorry that your letter is taking extra time in translation. It is possible that our Bolivian office is a little behind on their translations from the holidays. However, if you ever notice your letter has been in translation for three months, please let us know, because then we can send an inquiry to our translation office. I see that your account preferences are set up to send an email notification when your letter is ready. You should receive that email as soon as your letter has finished translating. Thank you so much for your patience! I know it can be really hard to see a letter in your account, but not be able to read it!

Happy New Year! Please let us know if you have any other questions!
