Letters from my child on the app have an X and can't be opened

I read that it may be in the translation phrase but it has had the X for about two weeks.

Kirsten, I am so sorry to hear that you are having this issue on our app. :( Sometimes the "X" is due to an issue we are having with the app right now that we are trying to fix. Other times, the "X" is due to the letter being in translation. It can take several weeks for letters to be translated. Regrettably, I couldn't locate your account by your name and email address to be sure. Please post your sponsor number here or email us at socialmedia@compassion.com with more information so that we can check on your letters for you. Thank you!

Hi Kirsten! You were thinking correctly! The letter that currently has an "x" is in translation right now, but you will be able to read it as soon as it has finished processing.
