Hi I was wondering about a letter from my kid Joshua # UG063300118. On our letters page there are two letter showing up for him. One on the July 11 and one on e July 27. The July 27 one processed very fast. The one on the 11 still is only in submitted. Is this the same letter with an error on my letter page. Our are they two difrent letters. Trying to be patient! Just wondering if there is a glitch or a problem with the 11 letter
Thank you for you ministry of helping us get all are questions answered.

Hi Laura,
I am so sorry but regrettably, we are not able to view letters while they are being translated. I can see the letter from the 11th is in translation, but that is all we can see. We will just have to wait until it finishes. I know it is hard to be patient when you are so excited! :) Thanks so much for hanging in there as it completes!

Hi still having problems with this letter. Hoping you can help.

It’s the letter that had been in process for about a mouth from Joshua.

Hi Laura! Letters can take some time to be translated, sometimes over a month like this one from Joshua. During the translation process, we are also checking for quality assurance which can cause the letter to take longer in process.  You should see this letter finish processing soon and  be ready to read :).
