I've been writing letters to my sponsored girls regularly. However, I've noticed that a few letters say "progress" or "in process" and have been that way for several months. Some are from me and others are from the girls. I just wanted to know if they have gotten my letters and if I will receive theirs. My sponsor number is 02433882.

I am also experiencing this same problem. I currently have NINE letters to my sponsor or correspondent children that have said "In transit" for several months now. I don't know if they really went through and it's just giving me an error message on my account or if these are all stuck and my kids never received any of them. I just want to make sure after all of the work of writing these, that the kids are actually receiving them. Could you please check these for me as well and push any through that are stuck? My sponsor number is: 07300510. And after they ARE pushed through, will the "In transit" message go away or will it always remain there? I thought someone had helped me regarding this situation a few months ago, but nothing changed on my end from how I'm viewing it. I just don't want to keep being alarmed when I keep seeing all of these "In transit" labels on so many of my letters that I have sent. It gets frustrating and you start thinking if none of the letters that you write are going through, then what is the point of continuing to put in the work of writing them. Ya know? I really appreciate you looking into this for me and helping me resolve this issue. Thank you so much!!

Good morning Ashley,
I am so sorry to see that so many of your letters are experiencing issues. A couple of these letters are actually stuck, and I have sent these to our technical team to be fixed. The other letters have been processed but are held in our quality assurance queue. I have emailed you copies of all of these letters. :) Thank you for your kindness and for being so patient! We appreciate all that you do for your Compassion kiddos! Also, please rest assured that your letters are still going to the children and you will still receive their letters as well, there may be a small delay, but they will definitely go through. :)

Hi Trina!
First of all, I want to thank you for putting so much hard work into writing to your children. I do apologize for the issues we are having with our system right now, but please know that even if there is a small delay, they will feel so blessed by your letters when they receive them. I do see that Christina was able to send all of your stuck letters through to our technical team to be fixed in April, but I have made sure that the list of letters to be fixed is now updated on their end. There is a list that our technical support team is working through, so they will get to your letters as quickly as possible. Once your letters are fixed, you will see the label change so that you know your letter has been sent to your kiddo. Thank you again for bearing with us during this time and for all of your patience! :)

Thank you so much for checking on these letters for me, Shannon.  I just checked and 2 of these at least have been corrected.  I still have 7 listed as "In Transit" but hopefully the tech team will get to them and push them through eventually.  I just worry as 3 off the stuck letters are to the same child, so I don't want her to think I'm not writing to her.  Thank you for always remaining so positive in the midst of all of these technical nightmares that you are all having with the new system.  I'm sure it is really frustrating for you employees and all of you always deal with the frustrated and sometimes not so kind people who post angry messages on here with nothing but patience, understanding, and kindness.  God bless all of you!!!!

Hi Cheyanne,
Are you asking if we have received any new letters recently from your kiddos, or if you have any letters stuck? If you are looking to have us email your letters to you, I am happy to do so, but also, I wanted to confirm with you that you know that you can also see these online?  You do not have an issue preventing you from seeing your letters online, do you? Just want to make sure we don't need to send anything to IT. :)

Hi! My sponsor number is 01708679 and I'm experiencing the same issues with letters from my children that seem to be stuck in the system.  I have 11 children and a total of19 letters that are still in transit, some were entered in the system as far back as January and  February.  I have actually received a few of these "stuck" letters in their original form already.  Can someone please look into these letters for me and let me know if they will ever be ready for viewing? I hate to be impatient but I check online everyday (have been since you upgraded the system in February) and nothing changes.  I would really like to write again to my kiddos but I don't know what to say to them if they've written to me and I can't reply to what they've written.  The two kids that I got original letters from I was able to reply to those.  Thanks!!

Anne, I am so sorry you are experiencing so many of these same issues with your letters. It looks like all of your stuck letters have a particular issue in which I am able to view them so I am emailing them to you. This way, you can at least see them and respond to them. We are working on making them viewable on your account as well soon. Thank you for your patience.
