It's been a month and both of the letters for my child's birthday are still in translation. Neither of the letters are that long for it to take a month to translate them. This is very frustrating seeing as his birthday has already passed weeks ago.

Hi Vicky,

I am so sorry to see that your letters have taken a bit longer than you are used to, to get through the translation process. Regrettably, there is nothing we can do to push these through faster. All of the letters are actually placed into a queue to be translated in order of the date and time they were received. This means that even if your letters were easy and short, they would not have priority over other letters that were received before yours. I wish we could help. However, I do know that your kiddos will be so excited to receive their letters, even if they arrive a bit after their birthdays. Again, we do apologize for the delay. In the future, we do always try to encourage letters for a special holiday or birthday be sent 2-3 months prior just in case of delays in translation. Thank you so much for your understanding Vicky!
