Letters stuck in system

For the past 2 weeks any letters I have written to my sponsored or correspondent children seem to be "stuck" either under "translation complete" or "just received." I have never had this problem before and I just wanted to see what might be going on and whether my kids will receive these letters from me. This is not a complaint, it is just a new issue for me and I would feel better if I knew what was going on. Thank you!

Hi Rebekah! Thank you for sending your wonderful letters to your kiddos :). I'm so sorry that they have been in the status of either "translation complete" or "received" for longer than normal. Please rest assured that your letters will be processed and delivered to your children. This delay in your letters being processed is most likely due to some system updates we are going through at this time. We are so grateful for your understanding and patience as we work to serve you and your children better :).
