I know that with the new system, letters are taking longer in translation, however I have a few to Ahron that have been stuck since the end of November, early December.  Is there a way to push it through? Thanks :)

Hi Bre and Grace,
I am so sorry for the delay in these letters. As you guys know, we recently switched all of our partner countries over to our new translation software and we know that there will be some learning curve in getting used to this. Regrettably, because of this, we may see a little bit of delay in translating these letters. For the time being, in order to allow our staff some time to transition to this new software, we will not be able to push any of these letters through. We expect that they should be viewable within a couple months, but since this is all new to us it is hard to know for sure. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience as we get through the learning curve! I pray they will be available for you soon!

Hey everyone, I am then assuming that the X on the online letters from my kiddos means “stuck in translation”, yes? No worries if so...just unable to open them and presumed it might be my issue. Thanks and blessings all

Hi Pastor Joe! We are able to check on the letters to see if they are ones still going through processing or if this is connected to an issue where letters that should be viewable on the app are not. Is this happening to all of your letters or just a recent one?

Thanks so much Sarah...I just checked back on my app and the newest ones that were not viewable...are now. I presume it’s the translation thing, though I have older letters that are not able to be opened. That doesn’t really matter to us right now as again, the newest ones were able to be opened. And how wonderful that there were pictures of our Peruvian kids attached! We are thrilled!
