This happened to me once recently. I even received the notice of having a "new Letter" -- but then I went to my account and it showed up like that.  When it came available again, there was a different translation (and the second translation made more sense).  So I guess this means there was a problem with the translation and it is being fixed.

Thats possible. I was just wondering because it sent before two of my other letters I sent which are both completed. It only shows on her. Maybe there is just a problem somewhere too or the others were quicker because a different laungage. Thank you for replying!

Hi ladies! Thank you for your comments and insight. :) Ashley, on our end, one of those letters is showing as "in translation" still, and the other is showing as "translation complete" but still in progress. That could simply mean that it has been translated at the National Office, but has not yet been delivered to your child.

So what all happens before it is completed? Is it delivered to their center first or sent out?

That's a great question! After it's translated at the National Office, it is then delivered to the center, and then the child will receive the letter when they're at the center, one it's been delivered.
