Hi, I live in China and got a new teaching job back in November. Then they decided to get rid of me right after Christmas and not pay me for the month worked (yes, that's sort of legal; I would fight it if I didn't have my dogs because i would no doubt be deported and then my dogs would end up on someone's menu. So I have to play it very cool). That really has brought on A LOT of hardship.

I do have a new job starting in late February but of course that means I don't get paid until March and I have very little money to live on. I'm trying to sell stuff without much luck.

And even after I get paid, I have to western union money to a family member who then puts it in my paypal which then I transfer to my bank. So now we are at the beginning of April.

I've been 10 years with the little Colombian girl (NOT little anymore) I sponsor and rather not cancel but I need some kind of relief. Any suggestions from the saints?

Hi Michael! I am so sorry to hear about your loss of a job just after you began teaching :(. I am going ahead and taking care of the donations for Fabiana for January through March so that you can continue to be her sponsor and not worry about the financial aspect of her sponsorship while you wait for your new job to start. I'm praying for you as you go through these next couple of difficult months!

UPDATE!
Hi,
Everything is okay now.  If it hasn't been lifted in my account already, I can start resuming payments as early as this month.

I forever thank you for the support I got in this strange/wilderness period of time!

God bless you all,
Michael

Michael,
Thank you so much for letting us know! This is such a blessing! Praise the Lord! :)  I see that you have already set your account on auto-withdraw and began giving again last month! :) We are so thankful for your continued support of Fabiana! God bless!
