I was visiting the US and decided to send a card and some stickers to my two compassion children. I mailed both sets in the same envelope with their name and number on each set. So far the system shows that only one child received their card. 

I would like to verify that they both received their cards and stickers.

Hi Nae! We appreciate your continued love and care for your two sweet girls! Thank you for sending them letters! I do see that we received Wendy's letter like you said. Regrettably, I also do not yet see any letter to Lizeth in our system. Its quite possible that your letter to Lizeth is simply a little delayed due to our busy season. I encourage you to allow at least another week for her letter to be scanned and uploaded onto your account. Thank you for your patience!
