I had requested that my accounts be merged last week and I be placed in the correspondent list. I received my first correspondent but wanted to know if they had added me to the additional correspondent list for 3 as well. My accounts have not merged yet either could that request be checked on as well my sponser number is 08209892. Thanks!!!!

I do apologize for the delay in getting your accounts merged. This typically does take a few business days to complete and will vary just a little depending on how many other accounts are in queue to be merged. Please know I show this is in process and should be done shortly. In addition, I do show your requests for additional correspondents are on the wait list and will be filled as soon as possible! :)

I called in 3 or 4 weeks ago and spent a long time on the phone and was given a callback assuring my accounts would be merged; however, I just logged in to learn that these accounts have not been linked.  What's more confusing is that when I login with my credentials, it only shows my wife's information.  I do not see an email to write you, so I guess I will write all my personal info on here.  I hope this will expedite merging my accounts.  I am trying to get everything set up so that I can do auto-bankdraft per the request of a letter from Richard Van Eaton.  Thank you  - David Taylor

David, I have removed your personal information for your security and privacy. I apologize for the delay in merging your accounts. I see that when you called in May, we created a case so that our accounting department could combine these accounts. Regrettably, they are still working on this request which can take several weeks to complete. I will make a note to notify you via email as soon as your accounts have been officially combined so that you can go setup the auto-draft. Thank you for your patience!
