Show me the missed payment and I'll pay it! My online account says I owe $76, seems Feb payment was not auto withdrawn,tell me what other month was missed? Tried to pay $38 online,system wouldn't let me, will only let me pay $76 in full. Help me resolve this!

Hi Kathy! I'm another sponsor like you and I've had this happen before. In my case, it showed $76 too- $38 for the missed month, and $38 for the current month.
I'm sure someone from Compassion can let you know why your account shows that way after the weekend though!

That's what I thought it was, so I just want to make sure it gets paid. Maybe you can tell me how to pay the 38 to resolve the issue. Or I can wait for someone from Compassions...

I am not sure, other than calling and making th payment since the website won't let you do it :/ Hopefully one of the ladies from Compassion can help you Monday!

Hi Kathy! Kristen is absolutely correct. You do have a $38 balance from February and the other $38 is from this current month of June. Because you are using a checking account, I will not be able to assist you in making your donation via this page due to bank regulations, however, you are welcome to call in and make this one time donation for $38 for February and allow your automatic withdraw to still take place for June. If you prefer, you can make a $76 donation online and then let us know you have done so. At that point, I will be happy to push your next automatic pull date to July.
