Missing Child Letters

I received an email saying I have a new letter from my sponsored child. But when I log into my account, I don't see any letters anymore - even ones I received a while ago.  How do I get my letters back?  Especially the newest one. I don't see any error messages - just no letters.

Hi Mary-Ellen! Regrettably, this is an issue that we have had on multiple accounts. We do have our technical team looking into this, and it is a known issue.
