My sponsor code is  07676504 and I should have Jeimy Yiseth Balaguera Florez (C0066700510) on my account.  I am logging in on a desktop computer and she does not show on my account.  Please help.  I have been waiting for over a month!  thank you for your kind assistance!

Marcia, I'm so sorry that you have not been able to see your sweet Jeimy on your My Account online yet :(. Please rest assured that she is indeed your child, and she is on hold specifically for you. Regrettably, our processing team is experiencing a back log which is causing a significant delay in processing new sponsorships. I see that our processing team has received your check and they are in process of taking care of your sponsorship as soon as they can. If you are still unable to see her in one week, please do let us know. Thank you so much for your patience as I understand it's not easy to wait for your relationship to begin. Dear Christina,  thank you for your prompt note.  I saw that Compassion is undergoing computer changes and has back logs
     I waited an extra week, it is now 2 weeks later.  Sweet Jeimy is still not on my sponsor page.  If you know any updates, please drop a note.

I am so sorry to see how long this has taken. I see that Christina had submitted a request to our processing department to try to escalate this process for you. Because I see this has still not happened, I did extend the hold that you have on Jeimy to ensure that his hold is not released. We now have him on hold through the 30th. Please let us know if you do not see this child on your account by the 28th so that we can ensure this child does not drop off your account. We truly appreciate you being so patience and kind during this time.

One of my babies is missing from my account online. His name is Emerson Gabriel Prato Blanco. My sponsor number is 07535669. I'm just worried because I haven't received any letters yet either. I hope everything is okay.

I am so sorry to let you know that Bizuayehu has completed her time with Compassion. Regrettably, our notes indicate that she had an unjustified absence from the program for more than two months. However, on a positive note, sometimes when this happens it is due to positive changes. She and her family may feel that they do not need further assistance from Compassion. I do want you to know that their is a final piece of correspondence on its way to you, which may include more details and will either be written by her, or someone who worked closely with her at the project.

Hi Anna! It looks like Roselaure is on your account but the sponsorship hasn't been finalized yet because the first payment hasn't been processed yet. You are welcome to send a check for her birthday gift if you would like and we will send it along to her as soon as possible.

Hello, I hope everyone at Compassion is well. I have a question. I received a notice today that one of my kiddos had moved, however this kiddo doesn't show up on my account. I am guessing he is my other TG request for correspondent children. His number is TG050100443. Could someone check on this for me? He needs a letter ASAP if that's the case. Hi Heather. It was Christ-nerline in Haiti who left the program. Are you saying that the new Togo child doesn't show up in your online account? If not, we can send that to our tech team to fix for you. I just think there may have been some confusion with which child was leaving.

Heather, yes, it looks like this new child from Togo is a child who is appearing as being your correspondent child in some places in our system and not others (some people are calling them "invisible children" because they are not showing up on online accounts). I have sent this to our technical team to make sure he shows up on your account.

I was sitting down to write my kiddos and noticed that Rasel (BD4080170) is missing. I have lost a few correspondent kiddos over the last few months, but I don't remember getting a notification about Rasel. Could you check on that for me? Also, could I get some information on my correspondent, Odile (TG05010043) who isn't showing up for me so that I can handwrite a letter to him? Age, family, sponsor/letter history, etc.

I am so sorry to let you know that Rasel's financial sponsor canceled their sponsorship back in September. He is currently on hold on another supporters account through the 17th. Would you be interested in becoming his sponsor if they do not follow through and sponsor him? Please let us know and we will make sure to place him on hold for you so that if they do choose to sponsor him after all, you can! :)
Secondly, I am so sorry but I am not able to find Odile in the system with the number that you provided. Can you please check that number and make sure it is correct? Also, have we sent this issue to our tech team to have this fixed? If not, I do want to make sure that we do that for you!

Thanks, Shannon. I wish I could sponsor Rasal, but I can't at the moment. That is the only information I have on Odile. I didn't even know about him until I got a letter with a new child number because he moved. Susan forwarded it on to the tech team. Thanks again and God bless.
